I cropped away excess and kept what was integral, to create a more effective image-as-parable of how the play of Light can touch and transform life into something more.
In our lives it is also necessary to crop away excess and keep what is integral, so that we stay on track and are able to focus better on what is important to us, and live out the purpose for which we have been given time on this earth.
I am reminded of a quote I read by Nathan W Morris:
“Edit your life frequently and ruthlessly. It’s your masterpiece after all.”
